Thanks to all those at Aeon who recently showcased our (only, so far…) award-winning short film, A Shepherd. The film originated when director Vern Moen, who was considering a career change into shepherding, approached Willamette Valley shepherd, Joe Wells, with an offer: if Joe teaches Vern everything he knows about sheep, Vern will make Joe a promotional film. Well, needless to say, Vern hasn’t become a shepherd yet, BUT thankfully he’s still a filmmaker and we made a great little film out of the experience.
